My name is Lauren and I joined the reception team at Windlebrook in December 2022.  

In January 2012 I introduced myself into the pet industry and set up a Dog Grooming and Pet Boutique shop which I owned and managed for 8 and a half years.  

During this time learned many new skills, gained many new qualifications and I am extremely proud to be recognized and award- winning within the Pet grooming and business industry.  

Once Covid arrived on the scene I decided to make the move from south east London to Surrey for a more relaxed quality of life and was fortunate enough to become part of the fantastic team at Bagshot. 

In my spare time I review books on my social media page, love swimming and am currently undergoing training to become a volunteer reading mentor in primary schools.  

I have 5 pets who are all rescues. Colin the snake, Mushu the bearded dragon , Alfie the very cheeky dog and Lily and lola my two naughty little cats.
